Default Potential front ends on an EG

OK now I don't hate the stock eg front end, I would just want to change it up a little. Basically I want to know how doable an ek (98 or 99+ is the preferred ek front end, right?) front end (bumper, headlights, hood, fenders, etc) would be. I also think JDM type R would be cool too. Now if it's going to be the extent of grafting this stuff on there, I'll say forget about it. But if there are only relatively minor changes to adapt either of those front ends to an eg, I'm open to the suggestions. I appreciate the help

None of those front ends are an easy swap. If any of them I would go with the JDM teg front. but I would keep my stock front. Good luck

so how hard is it to do the jdm front on an eg? wouldn't it be the same as doing the conversion on a usdm teg?

looks good! I'd get a different lip though. What mirrors are on there too? And that pic makes shaved side moldings very appealing....

you could go about it that way but you will still have to cut your fenders in half and weld them together.

Damn... that hatch doesn't look that bad with that front end on it... looks like they did a good job lining everything up and such and making stuff flow.

Either that or it's just the angle they took the pic at.

E36 M3 side mirrors, which IMO only looks good on E36 M3's

I like the type r front end. I think I may strive for that. I'm not all about the s14 headlights on there, it seems like a bit much. type r is nice jdm

would it be possible just to do the headlights, grill, hood and bumper? then the fenders would only need to be cut up front to fit the headlights and if needed, the bumper. ? come on tegs w/type r fronts, where you at? i need info!

personally if i wanted to change the already cool, eg front end i would put the s14 conversion on it, probably one of the cleanest ones you can install with minimal effort.

you guys might call me crazy but how about just leaving it stock...but if you want to add a little flair, get some JDM headlights and corners......lol

the itr front, the s15 lights, are alright conversions, but i just dont think its worth the money, only because u mess that front up one bit, thats so much money spent.

because everyone here has or is getting eg or eks, and the jdm originality is already consumed here. well not really, but too many of my friends have jdm corners and headlights. most other stuff will be jdm, as i don't like altezzas and bodykits lol. but I want to do a front different than what other people have going on

really. hmm that's something to think about. what about a jdm ek front end on an eg? I've seen a bunch of pics of that.

oh and just so you guys know, this will go on soon, before winter hopefully, but b18c5 w/ctr pistons comes first.
and i like clean cars. i'll paint the molding, get power mirrors out of an ex, and just go clean. no bodykitz, stickerz, or tezzas lol
