I know this isn't the one you asked about, but for a few bucks more I'd go with the Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 42. I own one and it makes short work of sheet metal all the way up to 1/2'' clean. For what it's worth Iv'e always been a fan of Miller welders and Thermal Dynamic for plasma cutters.

Justin,
I purchased numerous items from Everlast to try out and test. I have a structural and misc steel shop in Baltimore. The plasma cutters work well and are definitely under rated. We have two plasma's and a mutli task unit of theirs. I personally have the 185 micro and use it at home. For the price Everlast is great unit, the customer support is great as well.

I have the everlast power pro 256 ...ac dc tig 250amps. Plasma cutter 60amps..it works great ..hot to get some bugs out of plasma cutter though.i barley use the plasma. But ac andmdc tign it's great..has great pulse features also..easy to use .and like he said great customer service..I didn't like the big bulky torch though.i switch It out for a small flex head torch that is also water cooled.im looking into buying another connector to hook up the 2t button feature on new torch
