so i have a 1997 civic with about 272000 km on her and she has started hesitating on acceleration well she is cold or when you turn her back on only for about 1 minute then it goes away. now the car has had plugs and wires done at 220-240ish kms and also i have put after market headers one witch in my d16y7 eliminated the cat. so i dont have a 2nd o2 sensor plugged in. i dont know if that would have anything to do with it or but could it be the fuel filter by any chance?

the gaskets in the throttle body are the problem aslso i tink there is an O ring aswell in the t/b. it is a sohc engine yes. the models are different in ireland. that is your problem. when changing the gaskets also clean out the throttle body so its all clean inside.
