Hey guys I have a 92 DA LS with 275,--- miles on it. B18A1.

ive always had a kind of weird idle, never wanted to stay in one place. But just recently i was driving the carpool for work and when i get off the freeway after driving about 70, it died at the stoplight. And it died at every single stoplight to work. ON the way home from work, probably after it warmed up, it did the same thing, dying at every stop light. by the time i hit palmdale (about 55 miles or so) and got off the freeway, it idled great!

So i decided to clean the IACV which definitely needed it, and i checked on the FITV which was fine.

so things are great and bam! last night almost home from work and my carstarted idling super low at 500 and under.

can someone please give me some insight?

check ur vaccum lines...all!

 

Im not going to lie, the pcv tube from the breather on the block is busted so i have an easy out shoved in the tube until i can get new stuff for it. but that was a while ago.

other than that, ill spray her down with some tb cleaner.

and i have a short ram on it and the hose coming off the little valve next to the tb is blocked off
