Thank you everyone for the comments. The new owner seems to have his head on straight when it comes to modifications and up keep so I feel it is going into good hands. The car sold for my reduced asking price of $16k less shipping charges to the new owner. It actually got fairly competitive towards the end, I had 4-6 buyers lined up.

The ONLY reason I sold it is because I have always preferred the 4th gen (92-96) styling over the 5th gen (97+). My Si/Vtec RHD 1994 Prelude has been under the knife for over a year now and I still have a ton to do to it before its back on the road. That is priority. Plus I need to get rid of some payments so I can catch up on debt, bills, and finish remodeling my house.

Thanks everyone. Yea its more about getting caught up and making my monthly expenditures more managable. Plus finishing my 4th gen build is priority. I may pick up another one in the future though... I loved it.
