Default Idle problems

I did a search and i couldnt find anyone with the same problems im having. If im driving and i put the car in nuetral, the car idles at around 2k RPM's. but once i hit the gas the car will then drop to around 1300 RPM's. then it will slowly work its way down to around 900 RPM's or it will jump between 900 RPM's and 1300 RPM's about every 2 seconds. It also seems to happena lot worse when its cold out. Anyone have any ideas what this is from?

check all vacume lines to make sure you dont have any leaks. You can also purge the coolent and that might help out some too.

can anyone snap me a pic of the vacume lines on there b16 intake manifolds? Someone told me it could be a bad sensor? What sensor could it be? Or could it be the butterfly sticking?

Well, im getting what i believe is a code 14. I have one really long blink followed by 4 short blinks. From what i have read thats the IACV right? What other cars can i used a IACV off of? I was thinking maybe a 90-91 integra LS since they are obd0. Anyone have any info? Thanks!
