Default Honda ATF purchase

With the help and suggestions of the fine people on this forum. I decided to just use Honda fluids ESP. Transmission on my car. So I went to the dealer and got stuck for $30.52 for 3 quarts of ATF DW1.

My question is can I get it cheaper online? I have checked few, but the shipping cost sends me back to the drawing board. That stuff is expensive.

What state do you live in? Shipping should be cheaper if you buy from an internet Honda dealer closer to you.

If you live in Northern California, you can do will-call at HandA Accessories. So, discounted bulk fluid with no shipping costs due to you picking up.

An alternative is look for internet coupons on your local dealership website, they sometimes have them.

Thats not a bad price OP, $10 a quart is decent. Unless you want to order bulk fluid, you arent going to save much online. Be glad you only have to do this once every 30,000 so at $10 a year to keep your transmission in tip top condition? sounds like a deal to me.

Although I do get them for $5/quart with my brothers Pep Boys discount

ps: Remember to measure how much you drained, and add exactly that amount back into the transmission.
