Icon2 xxr 962 17x9

I have a 97 Honda civic ek coupe. it has a complete ls motor swap and ls tranny swap. i was wondering if i would be able to fit xxr 962 17x9 on there. I kno 9 is huge, but i love the lip. I am unsure if they will fit tho. maybe after rolling the fenders, raising the coil-overs, or camber kit?? I am trying to get these rims in a couple days, but i dont wana get rims that wont fit. let me know if u have any input, thanks.....

what's the offset and backspacing? 17x9 tells us only the outside dimensions

that size does have a nice lip, but i assume your car is dropped a little since youre running coilovers, dont you think 17s are a bit big? im a stancey kinda guy, and if you are too i think you should look for a 16x8 wheel. 17s on a civic just arent my taste.

Without flared wheel arches (or a widebody/over-fender setup), unsafe amounts of negative camber, or unsafe amounts of tire stretch, those will not fit your car.

^this

even with those mods will not clear the suspension without the use of spacers (at very minimum .25", requiring extended studs)

I too agree these will not fit. I'm running a set of 17x8 xxr right now with a +25 offset, and have stretched the tires on them, plus rolled my fenders and I still get rub!
