i'm not a pro at this but i dont think that will fit the s2k right.
if you get a deep dish you will have to sacrifice wheel width or offset to have a wide lip.
you would probably have to go with 17x7.5 and a high offset (+60) to make it fit OVER STOCK FENDERS.
someone correct me if i'm wrong

Think of offset as a percentage and you'll be closer to the truth. a 7.5" wide rim with a +60 offset is going to have almost no lip. On the other hand a 10.5" wide rim with a +60 offset will have a fairly good size lip. The narrower your wheel, the lower offset you need in order to have a substantial lip.
People think that a +35 wheel is automatically aggressive. It's not. Not if it's a super narrow wheel.
For example, my rear wheels are +69 offset. Sounds safe and like it would have no lip right? Wrong, I've got an almost 3" lip on the back of my car. It's because I've got a 19x10.5" wheel. You put that same +69 offset on a 7" wheel and it's going to be sunk about 2" inside the fender.

Good point. I'm going with +63 17x9.5 in the rear. Should have a decent lip, nothing hookerish. It also depends on the design on the wheel. You can get a 13" OZ Superwhatever it is and it will still have 0 lip.
Not to thread Hi-jack, but does anyone have a pic or knows of a location of a pic of a s2k with t57rc's on it?

thanks for inferring, thats what i meant by my original post. i just don't know the exact numbers.
the centerline is really what matters
