I Changed the Distrubutor and Main Relay On My Integra 92 , and the car takes a while for the CEL to turn off and that's when I hear the Whisp/Buzzing Sound From the Fuel Pump and then I can turn my car on...it takes sometimes to 1-4 hours to just hear the whisp/buzzing sound from fuel pump and then it turns on....could it be the fuel pump or something else?

I fixed the distrubtor which the cables were cut up or burnd, and I put in a brand new relay.....it turns on better but now I have to wait about 20 seconds I guess for hot air to come out or whatevers and then the check engine light comes off and I can turn it on?
