Default ED to EF Headlight Question

Just picked up my EF9 front end conversion from Moshi Moshi Motors in Gardena, CA. (Amazing people there btw) But is there anything i have to do to the headlights cause they look like they might be a different bulb. Thanks for the help guys.

Yes. Idwally it's best to add in a relay to each side because you will be converting from a 2 bulb headlight to a single bulb headlight. By adding in the relay you will be turning off the low beams when you switch on your high beams. This will cause your bulbs to last longer.

You can do that but you will burn through your h4h light bulbs faster. Trust me. I went through 2 sets before adding in a relay, now it works like its supposed to.

I like my high and lows. Factory function is best in my opinion. Making this harness is roughly 20% the cost of an hid kit

If you need/want a 9006/9005 to h4 (same set up as h4h, just slightly smaller base) conversion harness Lmk.

That and he would have to repeat this process every time he replaces a burnt bulb.
