Default Loose Steering Wheel Help

1998 civic hatch with an aftermarket wheel. I've taken off the whole hub and tried tightening everything but it still seems loose to me. I think it is the actual steering wheel itself. I think it might be a bearing or something inside the wheel, any ideas?

That's what the steering wheel is. I'm pretty sure I have a momo hub.

Buddy had one of those wheels, 99.9% sure it's ebay.

Put the stock wheel back on it, if the problem stops, you have found the issue.

That's an Ebay wheel. You will NEVER get it to fit correctly.

dude go back to the factory steering wheel. I have the same exact steering wheel and its ****. the hub is a piece of knock off **** and every 2 weeks im re-tightening the screws that connects the wheel to the hub. BTW the hub threads are so cheap i cant get the wheel on straight. either is crooked to the left or right

I bought the car with the aftermarket one already on. So I guess I'm just gonna buy a factory wheel.

if you can find one the AP1 s2000 wheel is a good upgrade. fits right on. it will just be ever so slightly off center, not really noticeable.

AP1, or first generation AP2 wheels. As long as it isn't the second gen AP2 with dual stage, it's a direct bolt on, and the "slightly off center" problem is easy to fix.

Before you go slapping a random wheel on, check your local inspection and safety laws. Some states will fail you for removing part of the factory SRS system.
