Im trying to figure out if 96 usdm gsr dash and center console will fit in
my 95 ls non vtec 4door???

I don't see why they wouldn't. essentially the same cars. I would think the difference would only start behind the front doors, everything else would be a direct swap.

You failed to ask the only thing that might cause the dash to be different from any 94-01 teg, and that would be 2 door or 4 door. So maybe you can go search that!

The both have the same part #. You should be able to make an educated guess from there.

 

Correct almost, [assuming both are 5 speeds] the differance starts at the front doors. 94
