I will be buying oem style headlights for my 2000 civic ex, everything will be clear(no amber side reflector in bowl) and will be buying a mini h1 retrofit kit from TRS.
Now my question is, would installing halo's look bad? I tried looking for pictures of a 99-00 civic with stock headlights and either halo's or CCFL's installed. LED Halo's that are crystal white when on will have that yellow look when off. And the one's that light amber will look clear when off.
If I did get this I will wire them to come on when I start the car. But if anyone has good pictures of them installed, whether or not they'll look tacky, I would love to see how they look.

It's hard to modify the aesthetics of a stock Civic with a non-Honda design and have it not turn into a bowl of rice. It looks neat at night, but looks like **** during the day. This is my opinion of course. It's your car, do what you like.
