Default LSD in B16 tranny??

im goin to be putting a JDM integra type R LSD in my 1999 Civic SI tranny, Do I need to change to a type R or GSR diff? Thanks for your help in advance.

correct me if im wrong, but i think u have to get an itr shift linkage??? and i think u gotta change it to a type r diff..not so sure though
