Default b18c 99si cleaning iac....

well what excatly will cleaning the iac do? i was told to cleaning it cuz my idol is rough sometimes. i should replace the gasket when i do this rite? should there b any thing else i should do when i do this?

You could change the gasket its totally up to you. Basically just spray brake cleaner In thay b!+ch. Pour it out. Before up put it back on give it some time to dry out. Maybe 10-15 Minutes

Or you could do a good job and remove the throttle body and the IACV and clean them with brushes and a solvent until they are sparkling clean.

take it off, spray the hell outa it with brake parts cleaner. this will ensure that it is not all gummed up inside. and slap it back on there when its dry. if your idol is still lopy then its not cuzza the iac.
