Does anyone know where these 2 lines Go and are they both coolant ?

 

Top one near the block deck is part of the breather system for the PCV and should have a hose the connects to the breather box that mount just below it.

the one at the base of the #3 cylinder just above the oil filter is a coolant line and go's to the heater core.

 

the water port on the B18C1 is different but the breather is the same
