Instrument Cluster, Radio, & Windows Not Working?

Instrument Cluster, Radio, & Windows Not Working?
So I went to remove my starter and forgot to disconnect the battery. Everything was working fine before one last attempt to start the car and that's where the problem began.
All interior and external lights are working, even the cluster back light. But the cluster itself, radio and windows won't roll up.
Could it be a fuse?
