weirdest problem about my cluster and fuses....
ill make it brief and fast.
95coupe with gsr swap. Recently...both of my headlight-low-beam went out, so all i use now is high-beam. Just yesterday, i went under the dash and to check-out the fuses and i see two fuses (starter signal) and one above wasn't push in all the way so i then pushed them in. Next, i unplugged the low-beam for headlilghts to fuses to see if they are out or not. They look fine, so i put them back in.
After all, i turned on the car and check if the low-beam lights work or not and NO still doesn't work. So i turned on the high-beam, and yes high-beam works fine, but my right-hand signal blinker in the cluster light is on now and of course my right hand taillight blinker is also on. I mean, it always on when i use high-beam after i checked out the fuse cluster. Now i can only use my left-hand side signal blinker, and the blinker light in the cluster is always on and its taillight blinker too.
oh yeah...stupid me, i was in hurry so when i checked out the fuses, i forgot to unplug and group-battery terminal. Oh F*CK
what is going on...is it my relay messed up now?

Thats odd dude. You can check/change fuses without unplugging anything. That definatly shouldnt happen. I would check your flasher relay first. Check your wiring, something is definatly not right there.
