I am getting a CEL and ABSL at the same time or close to coming on at the same time, but every time I shut the car off they go away and then come back on upon a minute of driving and then the cycle starts again. I tried to link the service connector, but since the light resets itself every time. idk what to do. The car runs and sounds fine as well. any ideas?...

 

It resets? You are not getting any codes at all?
Make sure all your fuses are installed and completing the circuit. If the memory fuse is blown it will not store the codes.

 

Well the CEL comes on and the ABS light as well... so there has to be codes... but as soon as I shut the car off and turn it back on the lights go out... so I cant retrieve the codes.

 

A code can be set and stored in the ECM memory, the CEL light does not always stay illuminated. If its a hard fault the CEL will stay on, if its intermittent then it may just store the code. Find the blue connector jump it and turn the car to on.

 

I did jump the service connector and nothing happens... the code keeps resetting and idkw

Did you verify that you do not have any blown fuses? Check the wiring to the ECU and fuse box, make sure no wire is damaged.
