Yea, get spell check

As for your problem, if I understand, you have a PGM-FI Main Relay related problem.

The first thing you need to do is confirm that you have the three (3) powers to the PGM-FI Main Relay.

Unplug the relay, test the leads for a 12V+ constant, [hot at all times].

Turn on the ign. switch to run and test for 1st 12V+ switched lead, [hot in run and start].

Turn ign. switch to start and test for 2nd 12V+ switched lead, [hot only when cranking to start].

The 1st 12V+ switched lead must also stay hot when cranking to start.

If all three are there, confirm IGP1 and IGP2 at ECU/ECM are both hot when ign. switch is in both run and start positions. 94

Until you know for sure there is all three powers at the PGM-FI Main Relay I would just be guessing.

You should also confirm the ground, [black] to the PGM-FI Main Relay is also good,

The ground is for the fuel injector relays coil, the 1st switched 12V+, [hot in run and start] is for the other side of the fuel injector relays coil, if either one of them is N/G engine will not start/run.

Besides the 3 powers and the ground to the PGM-FI Main Relay, there are the outputs, and ECU/ECM control lead, there is the output from the fuel injector relay, [to injectors, IGP1&2 at ECU and the above mentioned solenoid/valve/sensors and the fuel pump relays coil] that output must be good with full batt. voltage or engine will not run, the other output is the fuel pump relays output, goes only to the fuel pump, the last lead is the ECU/ECM control lead, [to fuel pump relays coil].

Once you have confirmed you have the three powers and the ground, plug the relay back in and turn on the ign, the PGM-FI Main Relay should "click" at least once and you should then have a 12V+ output, [hot in run and start].

Confirm the above and let me know.

Also if you give me the wire colors on the PGM-FI Main Relay plug I can tell you which ones are which. 94

you think you can tell me wat colors or maybe a pic if u have time... something that i notice was that all my ground wires get hot ... the one from the battery to the frame, the one thats grounded from the tranny to the frame and the one from the valve cover to radiator support... all them wires get hot when i crank it over to start it.

And the MAin relay only clicks ones

You have a grounding problem, check/redo the batt. to chassis and chassis to engine grounds. 94

i checked all grounds they were all good, do you have any other ideas of what i should check, like any other places where the grounding might be bad?

if you have a Amp and subs make sure the power wire is not shorting out some where also check the alt wire and starter wire.

also even if the connection LOOKS good clean them. electrisity flows on the OUTSIDE of wire not through it like a pipe. so if it corroded it will add resistance and that will build heat.

How did you check them?

Eyeballing them or grabbing and seeing if they move is not good enough, the only way to be sure is to remove them, clean both contact surfaces and reconnect, anything else is just guessing.

Ground wires that get hot is because there is resistance, most commonly the ground connections, the only other reason would be a shorted out, [high resistance] starter motor or starter motor solenoid. 94
