Default Pilot bearing disintegrated.

What's up b20. I'm just wondering if anybody running a h2b(w/out the kit) have had this problem. The transmission had a ch-adder noise when in neutral but once it's clutched in the noise becomes silent. So I removed the the Transmission yesterday and the transmission was good, but the pilot bearing disintegrated which made the ch-adder noise, has anyone came across this problem or heard of the reason why it would happen. (transmission bolts were alined)

Any information on this would be appreciated.

ISB on the tranny is toast which destroyed the pilot bearing.

the input shaft bearing Is good that was the first thing i check. only conclusion i can come up with is that the transmission wasnt alined 100%. or that the bearing was defected from the beginning.
