no vtec runnning rich
my d15b vtec eg throws a cel at vtec and wont pass smog (lean)
thought it was the dizzy but swapped it out and no change.
any tips?
runs smooth aside from that

gotcha i'll try cleaning the solenoid and if that dont work i'll get a replacement..
i wonder about the no passing smog though and running lean..
gotta check the timing i think
