Default water in my head

ok guys i know this is gonna sound crazy but ffor some reason i get water in my head on top the cam caps and bolts. The motor is a b18a1 and idk what is making it do that. it runs perfect and everythign the only problem is i have to put about half a 2 liter of water in my radiator. the thing is my oils not milky and it doesnt smoke so i dont think its my head gasket. i just dont know how this water could be getting on my cams and caps but its not in the oil pan. any advice would be much appreciated. thank you for reading

After running the car and it's warmed up, turn it off, take off the oil cap from the valve cover, get steam coming out?

Probably a small internal leak. The water is heating up and evaporating, when the steam gets to the top of the engine it has nowhere to go and condenses back to water. Start with a compression check on each cylinder.

could be a Small HG leak.

i had a low spot in my block .009 on one cylender 4 after i did a HG on my teg and it drove fine but had water in the valve train. best way to tell if you have a small coolant leak is the upper rad hose.

When car is cold pull cap and squeeze the rad hose. and feel how ez it is. then start the car and wait about 10~20 Sec. squeeze it again. if it's firm them you getting compression into the cooling system.

Now honda uses a MLS or Multi Layer Steel HG what happens is over time as the engine heats up and cools the HG files down on the block and head and over time this can start to leak. Now if the HG was ever done and eather the Head or Block wasn't shaved it will happen alot faster.

well its not smoking tho and i dont have any water in the oil. Also if it helps any to help solve this probelm after i drive the car for a long time if i kill it and come back like in a min it wont start unless i hold the gas pedal down then i will rev up but it will sound like its kinda missing or something when i rev it that first time and then after i rev it one time its good to go. Also it started to do that when i started to get the water in my head
