Icon6 92 eh2 theft recovery rebuild

so let me start of by saying im not really active on here more of a lurker on the eg coupe and hatch threads
but this is my hatch build thread
the car was my buddys and was stolen, then found the following day and he just wanted to cut his loses so i picked it up knowing it needed alot of work
they stole everything in interior besides the dash and front seats,
stole the beat front end, rims and front strut bar but left the full swap and brand new function form type 1s
.
and this is my progress over the past 3 weeks
and im saving now to get a full respray
.
.
heres the car before they stripped it

.
.
now heres some after pics

.
.
heres after the first day of owning it and putting to use the extra parts i had laying around and somehow my spare bumper was the same color
(dont mind the passenger fender its off my old totalled coupe i had got hit with and tagged up, and the previous owner did that to the strut towers cause of the camber kit but once i get it home it will be cut out and redone)
.
onto the pics
.

.
.
and they sprayed this white **** on the roof and dash but i think its just fake snow cause it rubbed right off i just need to finish the dash but i got time
.

.
.
okay so heres a lil update
i got the new steering column in, with all the door locks
changed the broken drivers mirror, installed the door panels
and sorta cleaned most of the white **** off the dash
just new problem the car dont start but im guessing its just bone dry with no gas
also i threw on a type r lip that was originally on the car and threw on a temp corner
.
now onto the pics(and its just a temp cluster cause the gas and temp dont work)

lil update finally got a hood so it looks basically like a complete car besides the interior

.
.

alright here's another update
got basically all the interior in and the interior all cleaned up
.
.

.
.
and of course two pics of the hatch and coupe

.
.
.
alright heres another little update
since the car had no rear view i went with a rally mirror, and finally installed my ebay bronze type r style shift ****,and fixed my climate control lights

now onto the pics

and some pics of the car cleaned up and next to my coupe

and the reason i love my hatch only put in $25 and got this

.
.
alright so i had to get rid of the coffee can so i was looking for a stock axleback
luckily enough my boss let me take one from our yard and it just so happened to be off a 2000 integra, brand new looking and oem at that
but i had to do stuff to it before i put it on and ill let the pics do the talking
.
.

.
another update
i went and picked up some integra seats only had one burn hole just needed lots of cleaning

one of the hatchy
.
.
and the interior cleaned and the seats installed
.
.

nice progress and does the ignition cover just split in 2 pieces? I took the screws off and don't want to break it. Teal on these cars just sets them apart. I'm glad they stopped using it. LOL

Does the 2000 integra axelback just bolt on? or did you have to get it welded?

it just bolts on but the kid before me was a hack and cut the old flange when he put on the fart can so i had to weld it to the piping but it will bolt up normally

Man i'm still trying to find that exhaust, is it from a 2 door? I've seen some from 4 door and the tip curves and doesn't look as clean...

Let me know if you ever pick up aftermarket exhaust, I'll gladly buy that one from you as I am all about OEM stuff xD. Let me know! thanks.

its not that the 4door one wont work, its just that it doesn't have the straight muffler tip... looks too good xD. I like OEM things for some reason. Anyways, after some research I found out that the exhaust that the OP has is actually a 2005-2006 Acura RSX base model muffler without the chrome tip. So I'm looking for one now. Haha
