Icon2 Honda k series in a 1933 ford hotrod??

OK so i have this idea of building a ratrod just like you would see at car shows etc but tossing in my own spin to it. have a nice k24 sitting in the engine bay. think it could happen? would weight be a problem im not really sure how heavy a 1933 ford is but im sure its not light. i would love to hear from sombody and get there opinion or ideas/problem that one would run into doing such a build. Thanks

If you have the skills do it.

Being that you had to ask, you prob don't have the skills(not trying to be a dick)

Just try not to end up in the "Worst Fabrication Pictures" thread 5 months from now. Otherwise, good luck to you.

A '33 is not heavy at all. I would hope you are using a replica ad not the real deal. It will be even lighter if that's the case. Personally I feel it is sacreligious putting a import motor in a domestic and vise versa. I am curious how you plan on making a k work in front mount rwd set up?

Could you just scrap the drive shaft and make it front wheel?

using a s2000 motor and trans would be alot easier since it come from a rwd...but anything is possible if you have the skill and knowledge for it.....also somebody did a hotrod with a turbo f20c but never saw it finished

yea k series rotate the oposite direction as other honda engins like d,b,f,h but they rotate the same as the s2000 f20/22c so u cna use an adapter plate and a trans from a s2000 and make a k rear wheel drivethat would be ur best bet.

and to dudethat said ditch the driveshaft and make it fwd. it aint that simple all im sayin
