i need help, ok previously i had an sir b16 but i sold it and i got a b20v wit a 95 gsr head, i used the same dizzi, started, and alternator (obd1) all of them so i did the swap and everything,i just finished putting it on time and adjusting the valves, and tried to start it and it wont start, just that when i opened the switch it made a "CLICK" and that was it, and i tried again and it did the same, so i check again the harness and it was right connected, i tried to start it and it wont, so what would be the problem?????oh and i used the same spark plug wires and they kinda looooose cus they would come out so easy... i appreciate your help, thanks!

 

Check your engine grounds

 

how many are they cus i only have 3 conected

 

Try cleaning them

 

just did and it still do the same

 

Can you push start the car? Maybe try new spark plug wires

 

i havent try that yet but i could do that, and i think i would have to because, i used the b16 ones and they kinda loose

 

So the starter is not even turning? Did you clean the battery terminals? Is that battery fully charged?

 

this might be stupid but it happened to me once on a swap, does your battery have enough juice to start the motor? after charging it up at autozone it started on the first try, check to see if you have adequate voltage trough the battery.

 

yeah i didnt connect the one that goes to the started, so i puted it and i try to started it but it wouldnt start, so i consult 2 mechanics and they said that the timing its the problem that i have to take of the harmonic puller and put it on time right there, i just wanna know if thats the problem, cus i got a good started, dizzy and battery as well
