Car wont start seriously need some help!
Alright well I've got a B18b1 in my 91 civic and its not starting. It wasnt starting a little while ago and it turned out the battery was bad. Now it wont start and its not getting spark and I replaced the distributor since I tested for spark and there was none then it turned out the distributor was off an 89 civic. So I went and bought a 94 integra distributor and thought I could just wire it to obd0 cause thats what my harness and ecu are but thats not the case so I figured why not just get a p75 ecu and complete the package since thats how it came stock from the factory and it will be easier to tune later. So then I wire brushed all the grounds from the engine and pulled the plugs and let any fuel that was in the engine dry out. Firing order is correct also just in case you guys were wondering. Tried testing for spark again and nothing also charged the battery before trying. Main relay is good and it gets fuel.Oh and I forgot to mention it turns over but just doesnt spark. I would appreciate any input anybody has I'd like to get this thing on the road cause I put new axles in it and can finally go fast. Also this all started to happen after I replaced my thermostat because the guy I bought the car from put it in backwards but I've been playing with different distributors for a little while and it ran when I had a 91 civic dizzy and the pr4 ecu but then the rotor screw came off and I pushed it home put it back on and it wouldnt work. So I'm kinda lost and would really appreciate any input.
Replaced the distributor. Ignition coil is in there it was a new distributor and I got several new ones so thats not the problem. Thanks for the response but the igniter and the coil are the same thing and its known as an ignition coil.
You "replaced" the thermostat, so did you reconnect the thermostat ground(s)?

"Main relay is good"
"it gets fuel"
"pulled the plugs and let any fuel that was in the engine dry out"
Does that mean there is fuel on the plugs, [in cylinders] after attempting to start the engine?
I'm guessing yes and that would indicate the PGM-FI Main Relay is working, and it is a spark issue.
Check for power, [batt. voltage] to the distributor assembly, black/yellow, with ign. switch on AND when cranking to start.
Check for power, [batt. voltage] at IGP1 and IGP2 with ign. switch on AND when cranking to start. 94

Yeah the ground on the thermostat was my first idea so I took a wire brush to all the grounds that I could find and that didn't change anything. I will check that the wires to the distributor are getting power later today and I'll post what I find. Also would one of the temperature sensors not working cause it to not start? I only say this because the wire to one of them is slightly exposed out of the boot and I didn't think it would be a big deal but now I'm guessing it could be anything.
