Default 96 Accord 2.2non vtec Auto. Oil leak

1996 Accord LX 2.2l Non Vtec, Auto. Tranny approx. 200K miles.

I changed Timing belt, Balancer belt, water pump, crank, cam and balancer seals, both tensioners and springs, valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals and o-rings approx. 5-6000 miles ago.

Having an oil leak, take a look at this picture if you guys would and tell me what you think. Im thinking either valve cover gasket or cam seal. Just looking for second opinions. Thanks.

Has to be the cam seal. When you take off the cam gear you can see the route the oil goes if leaking.
Could also be the valve cover also.

Yea thats what i was thinking too. I hate having to do **** twice. Luckily its pretty easy to do. When I replaced the cam seal before I never really looked to see it was leaking or not, I could tell it was pretty worn out but it didnt cross my mind, I was really just replaced it because I was already there ya know?
