Philly engine builders?
Does anyone know any good builders or swap shops in the philly area? I am looking to build up a d16y8 while its still sittin in the shop. Its goin into a 96 civic dx auto. What parts would u's all recomend for rods and pistons etc? I was also thinkin of porting and polishing the the top end etc. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
