Default Dump tube into exhaust

hey sup guy, when the wastegate opens and dump all that air into the exhaust does it have a change in tone. is it noticable? louder? describe yours!!!!!!!

if the dump tube is connected to your exhaust system then it shouldn't make a loud noise. if you're open dumping then it'll be loud as hell!

yeah, my open dp is audible, but it's not terribly loud. sounds like a rush of air and it has a clicking/flapping kind of sound at full boost.

Iceman and AccordFreak>>> how much are you boosting through that Tial? I'm just boosting 6.5 lbs. off the Tial .45 bar spring. Will it get alot noisier at, say, 8 lbs.?

Cant hear my HKS wastegate at all, its routed into the exhaust just by the test pipe.

i'm only boosting .1 bars with the tial...must be the wrong spring..so i bought a boost controller...now i'm at .4 bars..the loudness will be the same throughout any boost level.
