not quite a N20 shot... but has anybody...
k i have always had this idea on my head..... i got a easy way to have access to a bottle fillled with 80% O2 and 20% reg air.... the O2 its a very nice flamable gas.... i always wondered if anybody has ever done a shot of O2 by itself... isntead of sjust shooting a NOS Kit, just injecting xtra Oxygen into the manifold the same way a kit works... the xtra oxygen should made combustion more powerful , but nos as dramatically... i was ewxpecting a 10-20 hp gain...... will that be posible?? anybody wants to add some comments?
Very bad idea, me and my buddy tried this in one of my ex's car's, and let me tell you the ingine didn't like that one bit. It made the car die, and it didn't want to start again, it took like a week to get it to run normal again. Bad idea

i am sorry, but all three of you are talking out of your ****!
firstly, O2 is not flamabale, it is the oxidizer. now the O2 in itself is a bipolar neutral molecule and will exist its bipolar neutral state, just like it does in the air we breathe, and that tank in liquid form. as far as killing the motor, what exactly happened?

yes, o2 is extremely flammable, it fuels fires it oxidizes metals. Thats quite reactive.
If you did use it though, pound for pound it should allow you to make more power than N20 would.

sorry mate, the fires are fueled by hydrocarbons (usually, unless it is a chemical fire). the oxygen is an oxidizer, like you said. it will NOT burn. but it'll make other things burn, quite brightly and vigirously.
in anycase, the accidents involving liquid 02 are due to tanks (regulators, actually) failure, or releasing pure 02 in an exlosed space, where a slight spark (sometimes, when dealing with a rare earth metal, no spark needed at all) can ignite literary everything. have you ever seen metal burn in a 02 environment? looks great.

they also add sulfer in nitro to stabalize it and deter you from inhaleing it to get high. o2 is not flammable but it sure ******* adds to the flames around it. its quite dangerouse. remember science class? o2 in the test tube w/a match, POP!. and now your putting that **** under pressure mixed with gas and a NGK plug
hehe.
fill your tank w/ propane and play w/ propane injection. its pretty cool.

thanxs guys... i just wanted a nice input.... its been like a yr and a 1/2 since i took chemistry.....just wanted some reaction on how it will react.... cant blame me for a search for more power jejejejejej anyways thanxs
