Default OBD2B to OBD1 Auto Harness conversion Question

I have a 99 Civic EX which came stock with a manual transmission. I swapped a B18c OBD1 engine into it. It has a damaged wiring harness. My question is, what all is in tale to converting an OBD2B Automatic Wiring harness to work with the setup? I already know about the IACV connector swap and repin & having the extra connectors, but is there anything else I have to worry about? I have a P72 chpped manual ecu. I have looked online and the only thing i could find on the subject is the IACV conversion. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
