What would you think it would take to make a killer suspension setup?
like the tittle says, list every suspension part you would bolt on if money wasn't a problem, let's say is for a track car.
I'm just curious what people think about it and what they think is the best parts out there.
I would think the best setup would be:
-Tein's HA with the pillow mounts.
-Poly bushings.
-A strong sway bar (i don't know if the ST is enough)
-Trying to distribute the weight of the car 50/50, which i don't know what to move, but i think is doable
No go and list what you think is the best setup

do that seam weld on the chasis thing...make your own sway bar out of steel instead of alluminum...(don't ask me how, but money isn't an issue right?)...umm, cut out all the weight you possibly could, tien ha's would work fine...****, i dunno...some big fat 16x7's would do nicely too with some sticky assed tires...
Well, if its for a track car, then just get some shock-sized solid cylinders and weld them in. Poof! Almost no body roll! Obviously balance issues will come into play. But if you want something with some give, I'd say do what 2point6 did and get some custom valved penske shocks and some very high rate springs. Roll cage, and weld and rivet the chasis.
I'd get some GC Coilovers, ~850lb springs in the front, ~1100lb springs in the rear, and some double adjustable konis revalved to go w/ those springs rates and my car. Custom rear swaybar like the one on the race accord posted on here awhile back, basic weight reduction. Camber plates, and all the necessary braces and roll cage.

Go luck finding Tein HA's. They're now officially discontinued.
Of course you will need upper/lower bars front and back. Preload them.
Try the new GC shocks. They are double adjustable and I think a better option than reworked koni's. And while your there get a set of coilovers with crazy spring rates.
The only rear sway bar (bolt on) larger than the S/T is the Progress but it ain't that much bigger... only 1mm thicker.
If you truly want ULTIMATE. Find that guy with the HART accord and duplicate his cage and rear bar. All custom and the HART accords are the stiffest ever made. Capable of over 1G lateral.
If the car is dedicated to the track and you're not looking for adjustability for the street then give Progress a call. A simple set up with their coilovers (custom but unadjustable valving) and a sway bar will do the trick.

yea, i want to duplicate the rear bar that is in my car.
the rear bar mounts are custom. I am going to take some better pictures of it all and measure everything to try an duplicate it. i have friends that can do the metal work for me. I just need sizes and measurements for everything.
