so i recently did a wire tuck on my project and recently got to test out the wiring. everything works except for the corner lights ( running lights or signals do not work ) everything else in the front works, horn, head lights, rad fan, bumper signals. also noticed that my tail lights arent working. the brake lights work as well as the turn signals and the reverse lights. all tail light running lights do not work as well as the license plate lights. i noticed that all these lights share a common colored wire though, red with black stripe.
all fuses are good and the dash lights work. when i removed the plug for the license plate lights both terminals had power and no ground which is confusing. figured id ask about this here just in case someone has had this problem and could direct me to where the problem is.. im assuming it has to do with the wire tuck, or possibly the steering column swap, even though i used the original head light switch from the old column.
i never saw the lights working before the tuck so it could be something els.

yes, but i have to get a wiring diagram first at work tomorrow, but i was just looking to see if anyone has had this problem before.
at the head light switch i get power to two wires with lights on and power to one with high beams on ( guessing thats the wire for high beams ). so im thinking it has more to do with the wire tuck and its got to be under the dash somewhere because that common red black wire if shorted would only make one circuit not work, i would think
