Default Shop recommendations to do a full rebuild on a b18c1

I'm looking for a shop to do a full rebuild on my B18c1 in the San Francisco/San Jose/East Bay.

I know people are going to say that I should do it myself but I don't have a garage, the tools, and the know how for the bottom end. Plain and simple.

DNR hayward can take care of just about anything. also I have heard great things about rebello racing engines in antioch, I think they specialize in older nissan stuff but I know of one eg with a turbo b series they did that went 9's in vegas so they can rebuild a b18c for sure.
