I have searched around, and what iv found is that it cant be done, 99-00 rear lips only work with 99-00 bumper, but oddly its possible for the 96-98 rear lips to work on 99-00 rears with some modifications.
Well i feel lied to, i have mounted a 99-00 oem rear lip on my 98 rear bumper.

all it required was a bit of custom bent L brackets and some bolts, fits very good

There are a few OEM Honda lips that will fit other models with bending of brackets, massaging, and such. Good job.

 

Jealous of the oem rear rip. I've been trying to look for one but haven't been able to find a used one. And considered I just bought new thin moldings from ICB I don't want to pony up for a new one

 

Is that a brand new FBP rear lip? Or a used one? Looks clean as Hell.
