Default Flywheel bolts tough! Seals etc.?

I have to do a clutch in my crx. I am ready to take the flywheel off on my 1987 crx. Do *the flywheel bolts loosen counter clock wise? Also, what is the best way to install rear crankshaft seal? I dont want to warp the seal. Someone said tapped it with rubber hammer slowly on edges. Do i have to pull oil pan gasket to pop it out, or can i just pull it from the outside with screws etc.? Also, what type of grease would i put on spindles, shafts and seals? Does it have to be high heat grease? One last off the beat question: can you replace an input or out put shaft seal without disassembling the transmission? It seems that behind the throwout bearing, oil is leaking from that spot. If i have to disassemble tranny, i will skip this step. Also, what type of and how much tranny fluid do i put in my 5 speed manual transmission? Thank you all for any advice given. Im new at this Mick
