Default Urgent-need help!!!!!!

This weekend, a few friends and I tried to put in a new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel, as well as the pilot and throwout bearing. We thought everything was going fine, but after putting everything back together and starting the car, the clutch pedal goes to the floor, I can't select gears, by speedometer bounces up and down. I don't know what is going on. PLEASE HELP!!!

Did you bleed the clutch afterwards? Speedometer bouncing, check the connection to the VSS. Hopefully it was not damaged during the clutch change. If the car is running you will not be able to put the car in gear if the clutch pedal is not working.

Figured out what was wrong. The release fork and spring was attached to the throwout bearing wrong. One simple thing creates such a problem. I won't ever change my clutch myself again.

Exactly. Making mistakes and fixing them is the best way to learn, as wierd as that sounds.
