i have a 98 ek hatch with a 96 itr swap, i was told that it has the matching trans, howver i cannot find any numbers or indications of what tranny it is, so my question is around 60 mph im at 3800ish rpms.. what trans is it? any help would ne helpful.. ive tried searching but no luck..

I have a 96 ITR swap in a 97 coupe. That's about what I'm at, so I would say you likely have a b16/ITR 5th gear (.848) with a 4.4 FD. Could very well be a ITR tranny. Also could be a stock B16. You'll never know until you crack it and see if it has the dual synchros that the ITR trannys came with... HTH
