b16 gearing compared to 96 itr gearing??

i was on the honda-swap.com site and it looks like the b16 sir2 hydro trans is the same gearing as a 96 spec itr trans with the 4.40 final drive?? so why is the itr trans 300-400 dollars more to buy??

Mainly because the ITR transmission is factory equipped with an LSD.
