Default Pic request 4300k hid kit on integra!

I was just wondering if anyone has any pictures of preferably an integra with 4300k hids. I ran 5000k before and the output wasnt too bad, but i know the 4300k is suppose to be brighter by about 100 lumens so thanks

if you want better output then go with a retrofit to replace the stock halogen projectors..

100 lumens isn't all that much. It's not gonna fix your beam pattern and it's not gonna stop you from blinding people.

5 or 6 k is gonna give you the best output. if your'e looking for something brighter then i would recommend going with a higher quality hid kit. most likely your running a dc ballast right now. try an ac ballast. it will run cooler, brighter and 3x's longer then dc kits. They are a little more expensive, but well worth the investment.

4300k is going to give you the best output.. the higher in temp you go, the less lumens you have.. meaning less usable light..

43 and 5 is not a too much of a difference, but 43 looks a little too yellow for my taste

hmm i just googled some retrofit websites and im interested in them now haha. do you know if a retrofit uses the same amount of battery as a pnp kit? i never had my battery die when i ran pnp kits but when i went to look at a car for sale for a friend he had a retrofit. I turned it on just to look at it and looked at all the parking lights to make sure they were on and the owner told me not to leave the headlights on for long because the retrofit can kill the battery?

5900K HiPro bulbs are like $20 on Amazon. Might not be as bright as HID but its not throwing light all over the place
