Default 97 accord issues

So I own a 97 accord lx 4-cylinder and when I turn my steering wheel it squeal or make a weird noise. I have been told it could be ball joints or struts I really don't know what it can be but I'm trying to get it fix ASAP. Thanks Honda Tech in advance.

Does it make the noise if the engine is on or off?
If only when the engine is on, is there enough ps fluid in the reservoir?
Need more details as we cannot see/hear the car.

Well when the engine is off I'll turn my steering wheel from left to right it'll make the noise and when it's on and running it makes the same noise in motion. I jacked my car up and moved the steering wheel from left to right it didn't make a noise at all.

Get a second person to turn the steering wheel while you walk around the front of the car and try to pinpoint the noise. You can also try jacking up one side of the car at a time and see if the noise only happens with both or just one side on the ground.

Yes I tried it. The noise was coming out the driver side only. But when it's jacked up there's no noise when the steering wheel is turned but when it's off the jack it makes noise

Under load, really sounds like a ball joint binding.

So lately I been trying to pin poi t the noise with someone moving my steering wheel seems to me it's coming from the bottom not upper ball joint by any chance it could be my lower ball joints ?

Yes, I don't think anyone ever said it was the upper, just that it sounded like a ball joint issue.
