B16a won't rev past 2500rpm
Okay so I put a b16a in my integra. Yes I know. Small motor. But I got a great deal on it. I have everything hooked up. With a chipped p28. Fires up fine. Idles high and sounds as if it's bouncing off rev limiter at 2500rpm. Please help.
