I have a 94 Accord EX. EVERYtime I try to start the car it take three tries. I am posting a video to show what it is doing. I have replaced coil, dizzy, Ignition swith, fuel pressure regulator. What else could be causing this.

Fuel pump, injector(s)???????????????????/

 

I know you say no check engine lights but that is a problem, when the key is cycled to on, it should come on - Bulb check.....in the video it NEVER comes on......either it is "blacked out" or burned out. Start there before going any further.

 

seen this in youtube before. some other guy had a 94 accord. it ONLY started after 3 tries. he changed spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, then finally dizzy. still same thing. then he changed main relay, ignition switch, fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors, he basically changed EVERYTHING you can imagine only to still have the same problem. he did tho have a o2 sensor code. he never got rid of it, even after changing the o2 sensor, he sold the car, the only thing i was thinking on his was a shorted wire or something on the 02 sensor. he lived where it snowed i might add

 

My guess would be ECT sensor. It's the sensor under the distributor. Its not adding enough gas in a cold start to start the car until after the third try as there is enough gas to finally start it.

 

Again....my thought, CHECK THE CODES.....we could sit here all day long and guess. The OP might save money, instead of throwing parts at the car, by pulling the radiator cap and driving a new car under it

The fact the CEL NEVER comes on for the bulb check it the FIRST PLACE they should start....fix that and see what is going on from there.

Did ya'll watch the video and see that the CEL never came on? Again, there is a bulb check when the key goes to on/pos II.....did you see it.....I didn't.
