UPDATE evening of 5/15/12
Sorry guys, I should have posted this morning when Wil contacted me, but I was on the road home (5 hr drive) and I'm extremely ill. (Woke up coughing up blood last night, yay me!). I didn't make it 5 minutes in my house and I was out like a light bulb and just woke up (and I haven't seen my son in almost 2 weeks).
Anyway, Wil did contact me and and said the front had shipped out and I should be receiving it in a few days. Honestly this was more of an attempt at getting him to contact me and much like last time, it worked.
I will keep you guys posted and let you know when it arrives. I'm sure the fitment and quality will be good, as every kit I've seen so far has been. I was just at the point where IDK WTF to do and as much as I didn't want to do it I knew posting on here is the best way to get a response. It shouldn't have to be that way.
Anyways, hopeefully I'm in better health by the time they show so we can get to doing some work on my car! I wanna go fast!

Yeah, we made an agreement for him to bring the front ends we ordered to Vegas - he said he couldn't get them on the trailer in time (this is after waiting 7 weeks from the day he said they shipped originally, plus another 2 weeks for vegas). I ordered them Dec. 23rd with a ship time of early/mid February.
Anyways, our fronts weren't in Vegas and he said he'd ship them out Monday of last week when he got back. He also didn't have the money he said he was going to refund me on the shipping on. I've been sending him msgs since Thursday with no response. Hell, I even put him on blast in the last thread and he asked me to take it down, because he had some family **** come up... well, I did, under the agreement the fronts would be hand delivered to us in Vegas along with the money we paid for shipping. Neither came about. He told me since it was the agreement for us to get the fronts there and since I had been patient he would eat the freight charges and reimburse us.
So, I've been asking for shipping information/tracking info since Thursday. I understand he's a busy guy, but come one - I work 350 miles away from home and if I sell something I can't ship out right away guess what I do? I have someone else ship it for me and send me the tracking information so I can send it to the guy who bought the stuff.
He's got my paypal address, the shipping address (that we've given to him at least a half dozen times now), and the money.
Both of the cars these fronts are going on are literally at the point where nothing else can be done without them, for fitment purposes.
I know we're not a shop ordering 2-3 fronts/month, or 5 sets of wheels at a time but goddamn we still spent money on a product that was told it'd be delivered to us not once, not twice, but now 4 times and hasn't been... The 23rd will mark 5 months of waiting for these, our season has started, we want to get our cars done. We've both sold our OEM frontends, because we were told these ones would be here almost 10 weeks ago now.
Its frustrating to say the least, especially when you see other guys' cars popping up with the same fronts on them and they tell you they ordered them after you ordered yours.
I don't know if you've got some sort of grudge against me Wil, because I was pissed off before and posted in the other thread, but damn man - you won't return a simple text when I ask if the fronts have shipped? How hard is it to reply yes, or "no man, I apologize I haven't got to it", or were the front ends that were "done" the week before Vegas not even started yet?
I'm confused, also, because you told me when I ordered it you had an EK front coming out of the mold that wasn't spoken for yet so it'd be mine, but there'd be a wait because of the CRX front.
I'm just irritated by the whole deal, as I think anyone would be. I'm not trying to bash on anyone, I just want the parts I paid for.

Yup I got the run around for months Also. Then I had the wrong bumper sent to me which end up costing me more money to get fixed and all got was a oh well.
yeah i think we all feel your pain man. i waited 6 months emailing and calling damn near everyday trying to get my front end and wheels that were "shipped". Then Wil had the nerve to tell me "oh I have a wing you should try out on your crx". yeah I'll pass. Good product however, the pain is waiting and missing events trying to get it

why does the community continue to let this happen? when will these threads actually be allowed to stay up and be public knowledge? there is a recurring pattern here for the last 5-6 years and it is not stopping anytime soon it seems.

I guess it comes with the territory and people i am around but i would never let **** like that happen to me. Will may very well be a "good guy" but nobody is hanging out with the guy, they are doing business with him and the lies and scamming is criminal. (yes taking money and not giving products or refunds is scamming).
I'm sure now if the thread stays up, we will get the people coming back saying he's a good guy and just a little behind and it's hard to run a business alone.. blah blah blah...
If you can't run a business right, shut it down. Quit taking peoples hard earned money and not doing what you promise because you suck at running a business.

I think also that forums give a correct idea of the way to go with dealers and business.
Have delt with will on a number of occesions, and infact, just recently. Always in touch, and communication was top notch. Maybe caught him in a bad way these past few weeks, i know they've been slammed.. Its a shame its come to putting someone on blast like this. Will will always be a stand up guy to me.
I bought a carbon 3 piece from exospeed. I also had to wait for my front end. When I got it, I forgot how frustrated I was because the quality and fitment is great. I wouldn't use any other front because I've seen the fitment on those. I'm just not a fan.
Sorry for the guys that is still waiting for their product. I hope Wil resolves it with you guys soon!

Come on now. You got the "wrong" bumper because what you thought you ordered did not exist......at the time.
I feel like every year around this time the same thing happens. Kind of ridiculous honestly. I'm really glad I didn't pull the trigger after almost ordering a ton of stuff. At least my Welds made it here in a matter of days. 
I hope everything works out for you OP, it's a really shitty situation, ESPECIALLY right at the beginning of the season. Guess we'll have to wait and hear from Wil, though I think we all know what that will be like...

OP's story doesnt just cover " these past few weeks"
when will someone step up and make an investment and get these front ends mass produced?
