Hi, I have a black 2010 pilot, my mom sideswiped a pole in my car the other day and it left three horizontal scratches about 3 in. apart and about a foot long on the driver side front door. The scratches are deep( they go all the way down to the white and are about a quarter of an inch thick. What would be the best way to get rid of these. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

 

Are you sure it's not just paint transfer?

If you are not sure, just take it to a reputable body shop (not macco or a generic thrifty paint shop) and get a quote/opinion.

If it really is down to white (assuming you're talking metal or primer), then there's no removal, you'll have to fill and level.

 

Its not paint transfer there are grooves
