Default true street vs sfwd whats the difference?

I've been searching all around the internet and all of this forum and cant find a thread that explains the differences in between the true street class and the sfwd class. And if there the same just call me a jackass lol. But other than that i'd like to know the differences and qualifications and rules for both classes. Thanks

AFAIK, True Street requires exhaust to have a muffler and exit under the car (no hood exit) and are limited to a 67.9mm turbo. SFWD allows a 72mm turbo, hood exit exhaust, slightly larger tires (25" vs. 24.5"), and the car can be lighter.

True Street Rules

SFWD Rules

Basically if you build a car to True Street rules it can run in SFWD but will probably have a hard time being competitive. A car built to the limit of SFWD rules will be too light and have too large of a turbo to run in True Street.

MIR rules true street exhaust can go anywhere.

http://importvsdomestic.com/rules/05/05.htm

Exhaust: Muffler(s) are required unless vehicle is turbocharged. Exhaust may exit anywhere
