Default semi deep scratches

sup guys ive never posted in this section but recently ive had some damages done to my rear bumper of my 93 eg si. I was wondering what do you guys suggest for fixing deep scratches? should i trash it and get a new one or??? ill post pics soon. thanks

Polish (with a machine or by hand) with some rubbing compound.

If you can feel the scratches with your fingernail it's probably too deep and will require wet sanding the clear, followed by polishing.

lmao wetsanding will do nothing...

its obviously thru many layers of paint.... u will need to sand it down.. primer it... sand it... paint it...

i dont think my paint is an oem paint, how do i go about getting the exact color code?

Scratch? That's more like phucked. It's chipping and peeling, scratched to the plastic. Just find a similar color and repaint it. Unless you can find the color it is and get the code

For paint take it to your local automotive paint store or body shop and they will be able to get a close match. For the scratches I would sand them out with a D.A., spray primer surfacer, Sand, you could use sealer if you want, Base, Then clear.
