On a normal day about 22-30 stock every thing with like a 6262 thats what i run on my car. all day every day.

Race cars can run about 60 with low comp pistons. thats what i run on my race car with 5.1:1 compression. super low. big big cams. and a good tune. on race gas or jet fuel. yes you can run jet fuel if you have the right injectors fuel pump etc etc.

Jet fuel is just a very nice diesel.

Dont let people on here talk **** to you, you are new and thats ok. I was new once too, and from all the meets and **** ive been to I know more then pretty much every one on here. I got your back man.

What are the specs on your car, and what you got done to it.

I'm running:

JDM ITR block (stock)
D15 pistons (any D series will work)
B18b1 head
CTR exhaust cam
Toda intake cam
GSR intake manifold
T3/T4 turbo
RC 2200 injectors
CR-X fuel pump (USDM Si)
Mugen fuel rail (premium jet fuel only)
Magna flow straight pipes (side exhaust)
K-Pro ecu

I put down 781 whp and 163 tq from 71 pounds of boost. Honestly, the side exhaust is what pushed it over 500 whp, but I think you should run your exhaust through the firewall and into the cabin, make sure you keep the windows up!

I gotcha man. Yeah Look at DR DC2 post. I talked to him alot when I was doing my build. The guy really knows his stuff. The magna flow mufflers and the rc 2200 injectors really are a god send.

With turbo cars you gotta make sure it has air flow in and out.

I had a Magan intake 4.5 inch on my turbo, and then the magna flow x pipe side exhaust. Other then it sounding amazing it makes great power. He is on 71 pounds and im on 60. I use a full race top mount with tripple waste gates for no boost creep.

What else you wanna know man, im always up for teaching the ways to new guys.

Turbo type r's are the best. Im going to japan in july just to get some Rare JDM parts.

I don't know why you guys are being *** holes an givin him such a hard time. You were new once too.

Back to topic.

If I was you I would run about 45 pounds on jet fuel. Very safe and your gonna get alot better gas milage then if you were running say 170 octane fuel.

And remember. It's not how you drive your car, it's how you race your car!!

OP,

boost will also depend if you are modifiying the ITR's flux capacitor aswell.....stock form it wont handle less than 19.33psi recurring. Are you going to tie down the VTEC aswell? boost levels may or may not cause it to fall off.

GL with the build.

Dicks,
Boost 10psi, Make shure you use a very good tuner. It will be as safe as OEM only 50% faster. No need to pass 8k rpm, less stress on engine.
I got 292hp 225tq.

Just a little advice, next time you're considering wasting bandwidth, you should do a little research before asking ridiculous questions. You kids have it easier than ever nowadays with "how to" and "do it yourself" threads all over the internet. A little search via Google would save you from looking like a complete asshat.

Additionally, if you're going to create a thread to obtain information you should form complete sentences and use somewhat internet respectable grammar. Nobody is asking you to type a college essay on an automotive forum. However, you should at least draft something a 4th grader would be proud of.

Negative, my setup is perfect. I ran a dx fuel pump with rubbing alcohol a couple months ago and blew a head gasket. Fortunately, I assumed it would blow a head gasket which is why I always install two! When one blows out, I still have another headgasket so I dont have to rebuild my engine as often!
